Tornado Financial Services (Pty) Ltd is a company registered in accordance with the Companies Act 71 of 2008.

Tornado Financial Services is a firm of professionals specialising in providing financial and advisory services to its clients. Our team comprises mainly experienced and qualified chartered accountants whose backgrounds include Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Internal and External Auditing, Corporate Finance & Investment banking, Insolvency Management, Consulting and Risk Advisory. 

We are 100% black owned and a Level 1 BBBEE contributor.

We assist clients operating in both the private and public sectors by understanding precisely what their needs are, by developing and implementing strategies designed to take organisations forward, and by regularly communicating these to management thereby allowing them to focus on key strategic objectives of their organisations.

Executive Management

Sibusiso Nduna CA (SA)

Founder and Managing Director

Sibusiso completed his accountancy articles at Deloitte in 2009 in Cape Town. Post articles he was promoted to the position of Audit Manager, a position he held for approximately five years. He also joined the Consulting division of Deloitte in Pretoria where he was involved in servicing clients in the public sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) specialising in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Town and is currently completing his Masters in Financial Management at the same university.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a registered Tax Practitioner with the South African Revenue Services (SARS).

He is a Registered Assessor with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Black Accountants of South Africa (ABASA) and has served the Association in various portfolios.

He has serviced various clients in the private and public sectors including Nedbank Private Clients, Direct Axis, Clientele Loans Direct, Grindrod Asset Management, Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority and various retirement funds, hedge funds and collective investment schemes.
